Many people take an anger management class due to a court or legal requirement. These students are told to take a specific number of hours / sessions. But if you want to take a class for personal growth, what's the best course length? Generally we recommend you take our 12 hour class. That's our program which has our most important anger management content but is also a reasonable length for somebody to take on their own time.
